Research Interest Statement
My research addresses an array of topics clustered around the core theme of developing new methods in nonlinear time-series econometrics. The huge class of potential nonlinear models offers great scope to better understand our highly nonlinear world. In my research on this topic, I aim to capture these nonlinearities and thereby to generate new economic insights and improved forecasts. Outside this topic, my research interests extend into many areas of agriculture, economics and statistics, and research projects follow accordingly.
