Research Interest Statement
Philip Martin studied Labor Economics and Agricultural Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned a PhD in 1975. Martin does research on farm labor, labor migration, economic development, and immigration issues, and has testified before Congress and state and local agencies numerous times on these issues.
